TPN partnered with global digital innovation firm Luxid and their client, Dell, to bring a new server farm in Texas to life—before a single shovel hit the ground. The result: an immersive, interactive environment that helped Dell pre-sell the facility’s capabilities months ahead of its physical completion. Marvin Sanders, TPN’s Creative Technologist, shared how it all came together.

How did TPN get involved?
Marvin: Luxid connected with us after seeing one of our marketing campaigns. They were working with Dell, who was preparing to build a new server farm. Dell wanted an immersive experience to help pre-sell the facility—so it would be fully booked by the time it opened. Luxid brought us in to help bring that vision to life.

What was the scope?
Marvin: We worked closely with Luxid’s 3D design team to take their vision and prebuilt assets, converting and optimizing them for use in Unreal Engine. From there, we deployed the experience via real-time pixel streaming on Web3 servers.

Eight weeks after Luxid first saw the digital twin, we were virtually walking them through the Dell complex—long before construction had even started.

What made this project unique?
Marvin: Everything about it was new. It was our largest digital twin build at the time. Luxid supplied 75% of the assets, and TPN handled conversion, optimization, and final assembly for pixel streaming.

This collaboration showed just how powerful digital twins can be—not just for visualizing a space, but for accelerating planning, streamlining logistics, and improving decision-making. It also highlighted the value of a true creative and technical partnership in tackling ambitious, complex projects.
