BUILT BY TPN
ces/cta
For more than 30 years, TPN has been a consistent production partner at CES, the world’s leading technology event.
At CES, the challenge isn’t just scale. It’s interdependence. Multiple global brands. One shared stage. Tight turnarounds. No margin for error.
Each presenter needs their moment to feel singular, but the success of every keynote is tied to the one before it and the one after it. Most production models aren’t built for that.
THE SAME STAGE, A DIFFERENT STORY EVERY TIME.
TPN approaches the CES keynote stage like repertory theater. The foundation stays consistent, while we layer in each presenter’s own creative, scenic, and storytelling elements.

Microsoft/XBOX
For 25 years, TPN has partnered with Xbox to create experiences built for one of the most passionate audiences in the world.
From the original Xbox launch at CES to E3, global gaming tournaments, fan activations and broadcast experiences, the work has changed dramatically over the years.
So has the way fans experience the brand. What once happened primarily in a physical space now extends across live events, broadcast, streaming and digital content. Each evolution has required new ways of thinking about the experience without losing sight of the people at the center of it.
THE EXPERIENCE CHANGES. THE FANS STAY AT THE CENTER.
TPN has evolved alongside Xbox, helping translate its games, stories and brand into experiences for audiences in the room and around the world. That has meant everything from building massive immersive environments to pioneering hybrid formats and transforming a warehouse into the Xbox XR Broadcast Studio during the pandemic.
The format may change. The goal does not: create something worthy of the fans who show up for it.

Databricks
750 sessions. 50 rooms. 24-hour content delivery.
At the Databricks Data + AI Summit, everything is happening at once. With nearly 20,000 attendees onsite and other 60,000 online, most attendees miss more content than they see. This creates a simple problem that is hard to solve: how do you make all of that content available fast enough for it to still matter?
THE ISSUE ISN’T JUST SCALE. IT’S TIMING. CONTENT THAT TAKES DAYS TO PROCESS WILL MISS THE WINDOW.
WHAT WE DELIVER AT DATABRICKS DATA + AI SUMMIT
TPN deploys a system that allows capture, post-production, and distribution to happen at the same time. Instead of treating each step as separate, everything moves in parallel:
Sessions are recorded across all breakout rooms simultaneously
Footage moves immediately into an active post-production pipeline
Edits are completed and ready for review within 24 hours
Live session feeds are routed to overflow viewing areas across five channels
AI-powered captioning supports both in-room and recorded content
The focus is coverage and continuity at the same time. We keep content moving without bottlenecks.
